Fleur de Lis Cocktail Recipe

This signature take on a gin gimlet, served in a delicate Nick & Nora glass, makes an elegant start to the evening.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Hendrick’s Gin
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ¼ ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam (a vegan swap for egg white)
  • 2 small pieces cucumber

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously to release the essential elements of the cucumber, creating a sophisticated froth.
  2. Garnish with edible flowers for a swoon-worthy sip.
