Dreamsicle Cocktail and a Five-Spice Gingersnap

DREAMSICLE COCKTAIL

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces whipped cream–flavored vodka
1 ounce orange liqueur
4 ounces heavy cream
Orange soda or orange seltzer
1 orange slice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the whipped cream–flavored vodka, orange liqueur, and cream in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously for 12 seconds, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with orange soda or orange seltzer and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with an orange slice.
